In 1997, years after graduating wirh a degree in Chemistry, Sergey Dushkov starts his culinary career in 'Gian Carlo' - famous Moscow Italian restaurant on Kutuzovsky Avenue. Over next yaers he honed skills in the best gastronomic places of the Russian capital and prestigious suburbs, preparing dishes of different cuisines - from traditional European to exotic Asian.
In 2002 Sergey joins Bosco di Chiliegi ("GUM", Red Square, Moscow, Russia) and begins as a sous-chef of Altro Bosco Café. In 2005 he takes executive chef position at Bosco's Catering Service. From 2014 he works as a chef-consultant for several Moscow restaurants and starts his own catering project 'Sergey Dushkov'.
Striving for excellence, Sergey regulary participates in events organized by top chefs and best European culinary schools. In Canada, Italy, Spain and Russia, he collaborated with Chris Kaiser, Mariano Valerio, Adrian Ketglas, Valentino Bontempi, Andrea Luserti-Vezzari, William Lamberti, Domenico Paskuli, Gregorio Moreno, Andrey Artyomenko and Konstantin Zhbakov.
